SHIPPING/REFUNDS

｡UK shipping for all items is free

･:international shipping starts at £10 for jewellery items. 4 or more jewellery items increases shipping to £20

｡shipping for ceramic items (vase, mug, trinket dish etc) starts at £20

*:all items are sent with a tracking number via Royal Mail, only to the address provided

･ﾟi am not responsible for the item after shipping, i am a small business and cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen items

･:if an item arrives broken, please contact me via email with pictures attached, within one week of delivery date...sometimes it is an easy fix :)*:｡

･:i do not offer change of mind refunds!

REPAIR SERVICE

⋆⁺If an item arrives broken, I can offer a refund. If an item is broken due to mishandling, I offer a repair service at a fee (this amount varies on your location, the item and type of repair). For this service, please contact me via email and I will provide further instructions

₊⋆ I do NOT provide refunds for items broken due to mishandling (eg: broken ceramics, snapped jewellery clasps etc) ⋆⁺₊⋆ again, I am a small business and cannot afford to refund for items that have not been handled with care and therefore, broken! I can only offer my help in attempting to fix these pieces >.< refunds for broken items will only be provided if the piece arrives broken and I am contacted within one week of delivery.
